Wellest now allows you to submit measurements as often as you like or when it’s convenient for your schedule, not only on check-in days.

We also added the ability to review changes over time for calculated measurements like Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), Body Fat (BF), and Fat-Free Mass Index (FFMI). To access these new screens we added the ability to tap on any measurement throughout the app, calculated or user-provided, to learn more about that measurement.

Check out the improvements in detail below and reach out to us via in-app chat to let us know what you think.
