Wellest now allows you to select additional activity types for muscle building activities and you may also select a default activity type so you always receive the same activity type when Wellest prescribes you plans.
We also added a new meal timing option, traditional American meal times. Where the gain from optimal meal timing is marginal, American meal times is the new default, but you may also override this in ‘Lifestyle’ to match your preferences.
