Updated over a week ago

Wellest now allows you to state your Goal Priority by choosing whether to favor your muscularity or leanness goal and watch the ETA to your goals update in real-time.

We also updated the Goal Graph ETAs and Energy Balance (EBF) to show additional detail and align to the new concept of Goal Priority.

In addition, you’ll now find the Schedule tile on the Planner screen, containing an ‘at-a-glance’ overview of your day’s schedule and energy distribution.

Check out the improvements in detail below and reach out to us via in-app chat to let us know what you think.

Notable Improvements

———

• Goal Speed is now Goal Priority and offers a sliding scale of prioritization between muscularity and leanness goals or the ability to let Wellest optimize the prioritization for you

• Updated Goal ETA to align with the new Goal Priority concept, simplifying the display of goal ETAs

• Updated Goal Energy Balance (EBF) to display the total EBF and its components, the EBF set to achieve your leanness goal and the EBF set to achieve your muscularity goal

• Added ‘Schedule’ to the ‘Planner’ so at a glance you can see an overview of your day’s schedule and energy distribution

Additional Improvements

———

• Moved the Add (‘+’) button to the tab bar so you can add events or measurements from anywhere in the app

• Removed screen elements that were potentially unhelpful on the ‘Planner’ screen days without a plan so the messages are more readable

• Updated the way nutrition restrictions work during onboarding so that if skipped, users do not see warnings about unknown restrictions or have restrictions imposed on default solutions

• Updated Muscle Building Auto Plan Adaptation to display the delta in energy (kcal) instead of time (min); now that multiple activity types with varying METs may be used to fulfill Muscle Building activities

• Updated Measurement color to a new blue to remove potential contrast conflicts with other event types

• Updated Sleep color to a new purple to remove potential contrast conflicts with other event types

• Removed support for iOS 14

Fixes

———

• Fixed scenario where the goal graph projections were applied against the initial body instead of adjusted body mass as the goal is approached for some users

• Fixed scenario where the goal graph end date and ETA to goal date were misaligned for some users

• Fixed scenario where a user ‘At Goal’ for both leanness and muscularity would see a blank graph on ‘Look Ahead’

• Fixed scenario where the ‘Planned’ nutrition was shown instead of ‘Actual’ for a completed meal on the ‘Planner’ screen

• Fixed incorrect prompting to save changes when no changes were made on the ‘Goal Speed’ screen

• Fixed Alcohol ring showing as green instead of yellow when a warning was displayed on meals where planned alcohol intake was exceeded

• Fixed Alcohol incorrectly increasing the plan minimum when Auto Plan Adaptation is used on a completed meal with alcohol consumption exceeding the planned amount

• Fixed a variety of margin, spacing, and animation bugs on the ‘Planner’ screen
