Wellest now supports custom recipes. Whether you want Wellest to adapt a favorite recipe to fit your nutrition targets, you want Wellest to suggest how many servings and other foods to have alongside your fixed recipe, or you want to easily recall a recipe during tracking, Wellest has you covered.

We also added favorite recipes and favorite ingredients. Adding and adapting your favorite items to a meal is now just a tap away.

In addition, we expanded support for coaches and clinicians to bring their expertise and protocols to the Wellest AI. If you have a coach or clinician you’re working with to set specific nutrition or activity targets or if you are a coach or clinician and want to save time deploying, adapting, and updating programs, reach out to us via in-app chat to get started.

Check out the improvements in detail below and reach out to us via in-app chat to let us know what you think.

• Updated recipe search to allow the selection of recipes that may conflict with your stated nutrition restrictions
